Three steps, zero uploads

Everything runs locally in your browser using your device's own processor. Your photos never touch a server — which is also why it's fast.

1

Drop your photos

Drag in up to 50 listing photos at once — straight from your camera roll or folder.

2

Pick the marketplace

Each preset applies that platform's real dimensions, aspect ratio, and file-size cap, with white square padding where it helps.

3

Download & list

Grab files one by one or as a single .zip, already renamed in order and guaranteed under the size limit.

Marketplace photo size cheat sheet

The numbers our presets use. Official figures come from the marketplace's own seller documentation; Working target figures are widely-used community standards where the platform doesn't publish a hard rule.

Why sellers use SellerSized

The file-size cap is handled

Etsy quietly chokes on files over ~1 MB. We compress each photo to the platform's cap automatically and show you the before → after size.

Batch, not one-by-one

Cross-listers prep the same photos for three or four platforms. Run the whole shoot through each preset and download a zip per marketplace.

Private by design

Most "free" resizers upload your photos to their servers. Ours can't — there is no server. Processing happens on your device, and re-encoding strips GPS location and camera metadata automatically.

Sequential renaming

Give a base name and get blue-mug-01.jpg, blue-mug-02.jpg… — tidy uploads and a small SEO nudge from descriptive filenames.

Frequently asked questions

Are my photos uploaded anywhere?

No. SellerSized runs entirely in your browser using the HTML5 canvas — your photos never leave your device. You can load the page, switch off Wi-Fi, and it still works.

What photo size does Etsy actually want?

Etsy recommends at least 2000 pixels on the shortest side, and keeping the file under 1 MB for reliable uploads. Our Etsy preset outputs a 2000 × 2000 square compressed under 1 MB. Full Etsy photo guide →

What about eBay's requirements?

eBay requires at least 500 px on the longest side and recommends 1600 px to enable zoom, with a 12 MB cap. Our eBay preset outputs 1600 × 1600 squares well under the cap. Full eBay photo guide →

Why pad to a square instead of cropping?

Marketplace feeds mostly display square tiles. Padding keeps your entire product visible inside the square; cropping can slice off sleeves, handles, and hems. Use "Crop to fill" only when your photo has plenty of margin around the item.

Does this remove the location data in my photos?

Yes, as a side effect of re-encoding: EXIF metadata — including GPS coordinates of where the photo was taken (often your home) — is not carried into the output file.

Will upscaling a small photo make it blurry?

Upscaling can't invent detail, but marketplaces enforce minimums, so we gently upscale when needed and flag any photo whose original is far below the target so you can reshoot the important ones.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes — it's designed for it. Open this page in your phone's browser, tap the drop zone, and pick photos straight from your camera roll.

Is it really free? What's the catch?

Free, no signup, no watermarks, no limits that matter. The site is supported by ads, which cost you nothing.
