Spotted a spec change?

Marketplaces quietly update their photo rules. If a preset here no longer matches what your seller dashboard says, tell us which marketplace, what the dashboard now shows, and (if possible) a link or screenshot of the official page. We verify every report against the platform's own documentation and update the preset.

Found a bug?

Let us know your browser and device, what you did, and what happened. Since processing runs on your device, browser and OS details matter a lot.

A note on photos

Please don't email us your product photos expecting us to process them — we never see the images you run through the tool, and that's by design. Everything happens in your browser on the homepage.
