1. The service

SellerSized is a free, browser-based utility that resizes, pads, and compresses images on your own device. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Your content stays yours

You keep all rights to the photos you process. Because processing happens entirely in your browser, your images are never transmitted to us, and we claim no license or interest of any kind in them. You are responsible for having the rights to any image you process and for how you use the output.

3. Marketplace requirements can change

Preset dimensions and file-size targets reflect marketplace documentation and common practice as of the date shown on the homepage. Marketplaces change their rules without notice, and requirements can vary by category or region. The presets are a convenience, not a guarantee that any platform will accept a given image — always confirm current rules in your own seller dashboard.

4. No affiliation

SellerSized is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Poshmark, Depop, Mercari, Vinted, Meta, Shopify, or any other marketplace named on this site. Names are used solely to describe compatibility.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the site for anything unlawful, don't attempt to disrupt or overload it, and don't misrepresent processed images in ways that violate a marketplace's policies (for example, altering an item's appearance to mislead buyers).

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that outputs will be accepted by any marketplace.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellerSized and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, including lost sales, rejected listings, or lost data. The service is free; our total liability for any claim will not exceed $10.

8. Advertising

The site may display third-party advertising. Advertisers are responsible for their own content and offers; a product appearing in an ad is not an endorsement by SellerSized.

9. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
